The Sales & Performance unit is responsible deliver premium customer experiences and create with feelings that lasts. It consists of teams that are responsible for the short-term commercial success in omnichannel sales and efficient performance marketing.

The Brand & Offering unit is responsible for managing Stockmann’s offering and brand, and ensures realisation of the assortment and brand vision, overseeing the MyStockmann loyalty program, store concepts and brand marketing.
